These Terms of Use govern your use of LaynFlow. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
LaynFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the app
- Reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law
- Misuse or abuse the service
- Attempt to bypass subscription or licensing systems
Subscriptions & Purchases
LaynFlow may offer subscriptions, non-consumable purchases, and limited-time promotional offers. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases grant access to eligible features available at the time of purchase and future core updates included under the purchased entitlement. Future premium services or subscription-only features may require an active subscription.
Free Version Limitations
- Daily compression limits
- File count restrictions
- Limited advanced features
These limitations may change over time.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, maintenance, or feature changes.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have rights to files you process
- Complying with local laws and regulations
- Maintaining backups of important files
LaynFlow is not responsible for data loss caused by misuse, unsupported files, device issues, or external factors.
Intellectual Property
LaynFlow, its branding, design, and software are owned by Amafsoft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
LaynFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all files or devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amafsoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of LaynFlow.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
